Fundado em 2019 por André Siqueira e Rafael Coelho, o Ateliê Traço é um escritório de arquitetura e urbanismo localizado na cidade de Sorocaba-SP, Brasil. Tem como foco o desenvolvimento de projetos em diferentes escalas e programas, compreendendo a arquitetura como um processo de experimentação contínua, fundamentado no rigor técnico, no diálogo e no compromisso social e ambiental, com soluções sensíveis ao contexto, ao uso e à materialidade.

	
André Siqueira é Arquiteto e Urbanista, formado pela Universidade de Sorocaba (2016), com intercâmbio acadêmico na Universidad Mayor, no Chile. Possui experiência em projetos, gerenciamento e acompanhamento de obras em diferentes tipologias, além de atuação institucional junto ao CAU-SP, contribuindo para debates técnicos e para a valorização da prática profissional.—Rafael Coelho é Arquiteto e Urbanista, formado pela Universidade de Sorocaba (2016), com estudos em Arquitetura e Design Gráfico na Universidad Mayor, no Chile.
Possui experiência no desenvolvimento de projetos e acompanhamento de obras em diferentes tipologias, incluindo os setores corporativo, comercial, industrial e hospitalar, além de atuação direta no desenho e execução de mobiliário, contribuindo para uma prática integrada entre concepção, técnica e construção.

Proposta para uma residência unifamiliar localizada na cidade de Sorocaba.A casa se desenvolve em dois blocos participais: O primeiro pelo bloco social e íntimo. O segundo pelo de lazer, escritório e uma academia.O programa é estabelecido pelo eixo de acesso da residência, que foi delimitado a partir de volumes monolíticos que abrigam as áreas intimas e do escritório. Esse movimento permite liberar estruturalmente a área social e de lazer de modo a serem protegidas por uma leve cobertura metálica, criando um espaço completamente integrado entre o interno e o externo.Projeto desenvolvido em parceria com Arq. Mário Pereira.

Proposta para uma residência unifamiliar localizada na cidade de Sorocaba.

Um bloco monolítico de concreto armado se encaixa no terreno com um declive de 4 metros em uma extensão de 60 metros, mimetizando um grande volume sólido que irá abrigar em sua superfície uma praça seca e uma piscina.

O gesto arquitetônico que cria uma grande esplanada com uma cobertura metálica leve que irá abrigar a área social da residência, criando uma relação espacial fluida entre o espaço interno, externo e a vista do horizonte da cidade, que o Bairro de chácaras da Caputera oferece.

Proposta de reforma para um apartamento residencial unifamiliar localizado no Centro da cidade de Itapetininga.


O apartamento que irá abrigar dois irmãos de meia idade, teve como partido a integração das áreas sociais de sala e cozinha e a requalificação do espaço existente, além da manutenção das suas funções programáticas originais.

A criação de um novo eixo entre a sala e a cozinha sugere a integração dos espaços, que irá acontecer de forma perpendicular ao eixo da área intima da residencia.

O piso de madeira surge portanto, como elemento integrador do espaço e que irá se relacionar com novos equipamentos propostos. Os equipamentos por sua vez entendidos como as zonas de armazenamento como o móvel da televisão e o mobiliário da cozinha se relacionam com materiais e texturas sóbrias como o piso de granilite das áreas molhadas, ou o mobiliário solto que visa priorizar a relação visual do usuário com o piso de madeira e as funções que ele abriga.

As áreas intimas e de serviço da residência também mantem a linguem sóbria que sugere uma continuidade de função e liberdade de uso.

Distribuída entre blocos rígidos e empenas, a casa Itapê. II foi desenvolvida para uma família de 6 integrantes, o que refletiu em um programa extenso que deveria se condensar em um terreno de 12 x 25 metros.

A residência portanto, se distribui em uma zona ampla e integrada entre as áreas sociais e de lazer, enquanto que as áreas molhadas, íntimas e de serviço se distribuem em blocos rígidos programáticos distribuídos em uma malha modular de 3,20 m.

Duas empenas locadas transversalmente em relação a fachada liberam a área social e de lazer: A primeira empena rígida e maciça, que faz divisa e limite do terreno. A segunda perfurada, permitindo o acesso através de uma escada e passarela ao primeiro pavimento.

A casa busca propor um diálogo espacial com o usuário e seus elementos estruturantes como os blocos sólidos monolíticos e as aberturas da residência. Assim como busca revelar as diversas escalas dos mesmos elementos incorporados aos espaços cheios e vazios.

Proposta para uma residência na área rural de Araçoiaba da Serra-SP.O programa se configura em duas fases de execução, se adaptando ao recurso financeiro disponível do cliente.O pavilhão se conforma ao terreno através de uma estrutura simples de pilares de concreto e laje convencional pré-moldada cerâmica.Na sequência, se desenvolve uma estrutura de madeira (garapeira) em módulos de 3m, que suporta uma cobertura leve metálica.
